The development of information and technology has led to various changes at different levels of society. People have learned to use information technology in all fields. People are learning to use information technology in all fields. At the beginning of the development of technology, it was thought that automation and the application of technology would reduce the amount of work worldwide and increase the number of fools. But in this trend of development it has been seen that some traditional works have been abolished , some works have been changed. However, numerous new job opportunities have been created. According to a study , for every one thousand internet connections, 70 new job opportunities are created. An employee becomes much more efficient due to the use of information technology. Many dangerous jobs are done by workers with machines, so robots or automatic machines are used for various tasks in different factories. These devices are controlled by humans. It saves time. The work is done perfectly and correctly. This increases productivity. This is because of the integration of information and communication technology. This increase in productivity through the application of information and communication technology has been attributed to Bengali educator and now Professor of MIT in America. In this way , Iqbal Qadir has defined that connectivity is roductivity .
