Surya Pranam is a yoga. It has a combination of 6 types of yoga in a mixture of 18 movements. How to do it: Stand straight with both legs together. Put both hands on the chest. Apply in such a way that the thumb touches the Adams apple. Tilt the head slightly forward so that the index finger touches the center of light of your forehead. 1) Breathe. Touch the ears with both hands and lift upwards and exhale. 2) Spread your arms straight over your shoulders while breathing. 3) Keep both legs on the ground and keep the waist straight. This time tilt the upper part of the body downwards. 4) Touch the ears with both hands and move them upwards. 5) Exhale, lean down and try to touch the knees with the forehead. Touch both hands on the ground near the feet. Keep the knees straight and the abdomen inward. 6) Take a deep breath and move your left leg backwards. Keep touching the ground like this. 6) Lean down. Exhale and touch the forehead to the ground. 6) Breathe in and look up at the sky. 9) Extend the right leg along the left leg and keep the body parallel to the ground. At this time place the weight of the body on the palms of the hands and the toes. 10) Keep the hands and the palms of the hands the same. Fold your arms while breathing and touch the upper part of the body to the ground. The head , chest and knees will touch the ground. Lift the hips upwards and exhale. 11) Lift the body upwards with the help of palms of hands and feet while breathing. Hold your breath as you lower your waist and look up at the sky. 12) Exhale , lift the buttocks up and try to look at the navel with the head down. 13) Place the right foot between the two hands and try to touch the ground with the forehead leaning down. 14) While breathing, lift the torso upwards and look at the sky. 15) Bring the left foot to the right foot. In the fifth position, touch the forehead to the knees and place the hands on either side of the legs. Then exhale. 18) Stand up and breathe. Place both hands on the chest like in the first position. Then lie down and rest.
