My 18-year-old daughter has depression and anxiety and she has been seeing a therapist. Recently the therapist diagnosed her with an unspecified mood/anxiety disorder, and I am worried it might be BPD, so I am no longer allowing my daughter to see that therapist. I also think this therapist might have been encouraging her to go to a non-Latter-Day-Saint college. I will not be paying for her college tuition at a non-Latter-Day-Saint college, but she still wants to take out a loan and go anyways. I don't want my daughter to ruin her life and go down the wrong path. My daughter has been lazy and won't get out of bed, and so I told her if she went to the gym with me then I would let her go back to therapy, and she agreed, however, I want her to see a different therapist because I don't think h
