Size of virus particles commonly is determined three ways: (1) Electronmicroscopy (2) Ultrafiltration and (3) Ultracentrifugation. and density gradient ultracentrifugation to determine size of a virus believed to be one cause of Infectious Bovine Keratitis (IBK).
