The ones that have worms inside................cut them off...............and put them into a platic bag and tie it tight and put them into the outside trash can........................You still should be getting buds.................mix 1 teasp liquid soap & 1 qt water and spray............this is the safest thing to use...................do it again in 1 week.............and again if it rains...........get under the leaves using something like a flat paint stick.....don't touch them with your hands when they are wet.
