Answer :

Dove Dish Washing Liquid, when used in a sprayer will rid you of the mustroom problem.  Mix 3 oz Dove into 1 gallon of water, attach hose *if you have that type of attackment) and spray the area if not, you can do the same with a plastic hand sprayer, it may take 2 or even 3 applications to completely rid your lawn of this fungus, depending on the size of the problem.  And speaking of size, the above mentioned mixture will cover an area of 7 1/2 feet x 10 foot area,  if you need more just make some.
