best time for trees is fall....it is cooler for you in the winter...............good to move bulbs down there at fall also...........I was trying to look up the best time for you....each site that I looked at said that this tree is poisenous............don't use wood for any food cooking or eating hotdogs cooked on it sticks.....people have gotten very sick and or have died according to the internet.
