how can I control buttercups in my lawn?

1 Answer

Answer :

Hand pull {get majority of roots}, and discard in black plastic bag with no other weeds. Grasp buttercup at ground level with your hand, and with other hand holding weeder right next to base of plant, push weeder straight into ground as far as it will go. The farther the better. Push the top of the weeder away from the plant. Gentley wiggle plant straight up out of ground.
