What do I do for Tomatoes in winter?

1 Answer

Answer :

Tomatoes are an annual which means Mother Nature intends them to die in the late fall.  Pick any that have started to ripen and put them on a window sill to complete ripening.  Use those as green-fried green tomatoes or wrap in newspaper and store in a box in the garage.  Check for ripening once a week or every two weeks.
