Answer :

Curling tomato plant leaves can be due to high nitrogen in the form as ammonium - curling is one of the symptoms of ammonium toxicity. Even though there has been sufficient rain, root growth might be impaired.  You will have to dig up the roots to determine if they are being affected by nematodes or poor soil conditions.
