the same thing happened to mine. i finally figured out why.  with mine it was that the roots were waterlogged. one has to wait to water until the roots dry out more, or at least the soil is more dry, they are a succulent.  there may be info. in a plant care book on how to tell when they need watering.  they are low light plants and must hold the moisture well, for a while longer than i expected.
