answer:I run and do calisthenics in the morning. On an empty stomach(which is always the best way, unless your trying to bulk up). You gotta earn your breakfast! You should not eat anything an hour or two before you run. Just stay hydrated and I mean the last thing that touches your lips before you go to bed should be water. And when you wake up, it should be the first thing that touches your lips. A good protein drink immediately(within 45 min) after is always good. Don’t be tricked into buying crazy supplements!
