answer:If you can wait that long, I’d wait until the new iPhone is announced and in the months following. Last year, after the iPhone was announced AT&T blanketed the local newspapers with ads touting $125 million in cell tower upgrades throughout NM. I would expect that they’ll do something similar with the new iPhone. To answer your question more directly, cell phone and gadget blogs are probably a much better source of information than customer service or store reps. Generally, those people know nothing. This seems to be a decent blog. Here’s an AT&T press release on the subject.
