Last Answer : Nowhere. It’s too cold, and the cops will wake your ass up if they find you. The subway stations would be safer and warmer, but the police patrol them and kick you out if found.

Last Answer : 3 weeks?? That's insane. It's highly unlikely that the police don't already know that she's there with that time. The fact that she has a young child with her is disturbing though. I'd call the ... it out of your mind. Don't ever give beggers money or anything for that matter. Just leave them be.

Last Answer : In my area this would be fairly easy to solve. There are enough buildings to host them, the climate is not too cold (so heating is generally not necessary) and the people are rich enough to ... . And rehabilitating the homeless eventually, rather than just dumping them in a ghetto. But it's doable.
