Last Answer : If you want to connect to 3G+ you will need to have a data sim which will normally cost a monthly charge so that you can connect to the internet on the move. This may or may not include data charges ... on WiFi or tether it to my 3G internet on my phone so I am not paying for two 3G contracts.
