Last Answer : My ex wife was on Provigil for a long time, and may still be taking it. Used as prescribed, it makes one almost instantly awake and alert, and able to concentrate. It is not speedy , and it isn ... something to sleep, and then a bad cycle can start. And, there ae quite a few possible side effects.
