Last Answer : For carpet, I'd just start moving things out of the room, and if it leaves another room discombobulated I wouldn't care. If it was a fire drill, we notified all of the guests and meeting room ... be proactive enough to put a plan in place. And if I used a wheelchair, I'd ask about it.
