Last Answer : That is surprising – I thought that there was no statute on rape in effect in the US – you often hear of charges being brought twenty or thirty years later. Look at all the priests who have been charged. There are no limitations here (Australia).

Last Answer : Have you gone to the police? In your entire answer you do not say this, and this is the first step in pursuing actual justice. Making the police aware of this serial rapist is the first step. Maybe ... t going to do anything, maybe your way is the most effective way. I can't recommend it personally.
