Last Answer : I very seldom even look at the drivers so I have no idea what they look like. And most people around here have tinted windows so I couldn’t tell what they look like if I wanted to. Apparently they do secret stuff in their car and don’t want people to see.

Last Answer : Are you sure that she was the answering service? I once had a similar experience and it was one of the cleaning crew who had answered. She wasn’t supposed to but got distracted and just picked up a ringing phone.
