Answer :

probably have a corrupt file. If you downloaded it, download a different copy. If you bought it, reinstall it (Does that program cost money?). If that doesn’t work, a system format has a small chance of helping but thats way too much effort.

You can probably feed your particular puzzle into one of them and see if it can find a (unique) ... giving you the answer. P.S. If you are into programming, a sudoku solver isn't too hard to write.
