Answer :

My guess is that the ID3 tags are wonky. They might have some unicode characters in them that the player can’t deal with. ID3 tags are the metadata that has stuff like song name, artist, and album. I would just zero out that data and see if it works. I don’t really use Windows so I don’t know what software you would use to alter the ID3 tags.
