Might want to check out google docs. http://docs.google.com You can create a form (which can be published like an online survey). All data that is collected is saved right into a spreadsheet. You can share the form/spreadsheet with some or anyone. It can be updated and changed. Here is a sample poll that I started to create with it: Link also check out surveymonkey.com
