Answer :

Drive F is not the usual drive that people install to, so maybe the problem is that GIMP is installed in a weird place. What is the drive all your other programs are on?

So if all you're doing is editing RGB images ... print work that requires color separation or sending files out to be printed, you'll want Photoshop.
