I wish I could help you but my HP printer does not work and I am getting an error message saying the printer cartridges are not the correct ones, but they are indeed the right ones and it worked just fine yesterday using the same cartridges. You don’t suppose this is some sort of plot to get us to buy new printers, do you? PS: Welcome to ask-public!
