Answer :

After looking around online I found one review on ZDnet which is less than 100% comforting. My main question would be whether they pull music from an existing library or they pull it from “alternate” sources online. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

It is about 10 inches thick, extremely comfortable, zero transfer movement, no squeaks, super comfy and I can't remember ... brand aside, I couldn't be happier with mine. They do retain heat so can be extra warm at times.

Last Answer : If it is processing gapless playback then it sounds like it did import them. Maybe you missed them. Check your recently added playlist to double check. Otherwise, I'd contact Apple.
