there is weight-lifting of course—you’ll probably want to stay away from walking lunges and that type of thing, for the most part though. I don’t want this to sound callous, but it might be helpful (if you really do want to exercise) for you to lose the “I’m not a swimmer” attitude. Now if you don’t want to exercise, fine, do whatever you want. But swimming is one of the best exercises there is for your body, and I know it has its pitfalls, but it can also be incredibly rewarding.
