The foot is a complicated combination of nerves, bone, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. There’s no way any one of us can know what’s going on. But this is what I’d ask myself: Am I in pain anywhere? Do I have full range of motion and can I still move my foot normally? Am I numb anywhere? If your answer is yes to any of these questions, or if you’re still concerned, go to the doctor.
