How do you want this information presented to you? Via RSS, that would mean you’ve got some sort of feed reader. A feed reader implies you’ve got some sort of computing device with a web browser: a desktop, a laptop, an iPhone, something. If you’ve got a web browser, then you likely can just bookmark a particular weather page for your area. Then just hit that bookmark whenever you want. The iPhone has a builtin weather app. The Blackberry also offers a free download weather app For example, I’d simply bookmark my location of interest via weather [dot] com and check it each morning. Set it as your web browser’s default home page if that’s easiest.
