You can use it for just about anything you would use oil, grease, butter, or shortening for. It’s just going to be terribly unhealthy. I wonder how it would be in place of butter or shortening for baking. Should work fine, but I don’t know about the flavor it would impart. Probably best for a savory baked good than a sweet one.
