I just have the Internet with Comcast. It is cheaper if you bundle them. But you can just get Internet if you want. Should be the same with Time Warner. Protip :: Call up and try to cancel. They make tons off you. I called once to cancel and they cut the Internet price in half and added TV. What they are giving you cost 5$ per month. Anything over that is gravy.
