Personally I despise Time Warner in general and refuse to have anything to do with them. I am not surprised that their innovation isn’t one, nor that they have no complaint form. We switched first to an independent satellite company, and then when the new 7th floor of the hospital blocked the signal, to Grande, which has been fine.
