Zimbabwe, Dirt was more valuable than their currency was. I don’t know what it is today but its still pretty bad. Also maybe Afghanistan. The problem though is stuff thats imported like cars or what ever still cost a certain amount cause they are made in other countries so you are still gonna pay like 600 for a laptop. probably more since its imported.
