I am not sure about Verizons policy, but the only way T-Mobile will take back a cellphone is if its broken or needs repair within 30 days. just because you do not like the phone, may not be a good enough reason for Verizon to act in your behalf. like i said, i am not familiar with the policy of Verizon, but if you have been a good customer of Verizon for several years, they may make an exception. phone carriers love to keep loyal customers. i have been with T-Mobile for ten years and i am fortunate, they treat me like a king. i would give it a shot. the worst they can tell you is “no”.
