They really don’t seem to be the same thing at all, as far as I can tell. Both products contain ingredients that are very common to personal care producs, particularly personal care products of the soap and shampoo category. I’m not an expert, but I wouldn’t advise. that you use Cetaphil on your hair. It might be o.k. the other way around, it probably would be o.k. to occasionally use Wen to wash your face, pricey, but you’re in the shower, can’t find your soap… but Cetaphil on your hair? Don’t do it.
