answer:Tell them that for $500, they need to stand behind their service. Then let them know that you are happily contacting the better business bureau. Why are they even charging you $500 to begin with? And why does no other store carry it? You can also try contacting Motorola or whoever makes Blackberry and see if they will do anything for you. I would guess electronics should have minimum a 90 day warranty. But you really should give that place a more difficult time before giving up. It just doesn’t sound right $500 for a Blackberry when Blackberry is trying to outdo Apple? Not to sure about that. Sorry you have to go through this.
