answer:I agree NYC should get more than most. NY, Los Angeles, DC, Miami, and some others deserve more than an equal share I would say. I am not sure if I think it is appropriate, because I don’t know what the budget looks like to begin with. Maybe a whole bunch of money was thrown at the city originally, maybe more than they should have received, and there has been some waste that should be cleaned up? Seems we don’t know the whole story..
