answer:I haven’t ever heard of anyone learning PHP with video, but what you’ll need is to create another form with the relevant boxes (name/email, password, confirm something for some reason). Take the POST data and run it through a page to make sure it’s safe and stable. Then store the information in the same sql table the login information is checked against. If you do this right you should be able to use your new page to register an account. http://www.tizag.com/ is pretty cool but you might want to google something like “programming resources” or “PHP resources” and look for what other people did.
