answer:Right as you see the windows loading screen (shortly after the computer turns on) press F8 to bring up a boot menu. Select the option to have windows not restart on error. Find out what the error is and post it here and then I or someone can tell you how to fix it. Most likely you will have to start the windows Install again, but post the error here anyways incase there is a chance it can be resolved.
