answer:webmd Planned Parenthood is really good about answering a lot of questions. I know they will talk to her before the procedure. (At least they used to, I went with a friend years ago.) I’ve never had it done, but I know she paid extra for more sedation, I recall her having some pain, after the procedure. Cramping is what I recall. Also, Planned Parenthood has a lot of answers to questions about abortion, online. I wish her the best.
