Drain a can of garbanzo beans. Mash them up. (a food processor is good, but you can do it with a fork.) Add gradually, olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, mashed garlic, salt. People like different proportions of these ingredients (I like it more lemony). Some people like it lumpy; others, creamy. You’ll have to experiment to get it exactly the way you like it. (Alternatively, you can google and get hundreds of recipes for it. You may be lucky and get a perfect one on the first try. . . .or not. Good luck.
