I’ve never bought pimento cheese, but I’m very careful about cheese in restaurants. I loathe processed cheese – Cheese Whiz and those plastic-wrapped slices just gross me out. I never order a cheeseburger or grilled cheese from a restaurant because I know it’ll most likely be processed.
