answer:I really think the only way you can go from procrastinating to not is to have some consequence happen for you that hurts enough that you start taking small steps to start planning and following through. I used to be a procrastinator when I was younger I finally got it: working on something ahead of time circumvents the feelings of panic that you won’t be done in time.
