I was in a similar situation. In my case, it was an apartment manager. She was very good at the math but had no people skills. She was actually quite a bitch. I just stuck with the facts and the numbers. I didn’t even coment on her personal skills. I gave it to her and let her decide if she wanted to use it or not.
