I found this book to have good advice. It has become a part of my life so much that I don’t even think about how to be efficient anymore and, trust me, I am not any kind of supercharged time management guru! It is practical and common sense. Put a load of laundry in the washer, clean the kitchen, or Swiffer the floor, or some sort of 15 minute task. ... and everyone is chatting, then sometimes I socialize with them before the meeting starts.
