I do really, really easy things in mine. I throw porkchops and a jar of salsa in on slow for 10 hours for zesty porkchops. I throw chicken breasts and a can of cream of mushroom soup or a can of cream of chicken soup on slow for 10 hours. I do this before I leave for work and it’s ready when I get home.
