answer:I fixed it! I’m sorry everyone – is there a way to delete this question? Mods? If anyone is interested for future reference, I ran the “clean printhead” tool I hadn’t noticed before. Worked like a charm. I just hope this isn’t a sign of more trouble to come – this printer was pretty expensive and the warranty is out on it.
