answer:Well, you need to keep asking yourself if these trade offs are worth it to you. Your life is passing you by while you run on a wheel for some nebulous concept called success. Why is success worth it? I define success as being relatively happy in my daily life, with a good relationship, and doing what I like doing for a living, not having a lot of money. It may be worth it to you, but really check in with yourself and see why you are doing it, and if it is worth it.
