answer:I’m not sure if it’s quite what you’re looking for, but my buddy makes AppCooker. You can use it with AppTaster to create mockups and make them play. I can’t speak to their efficacy personally because I don’t know anything about developing, but reviewers on iTunes seem to like them. Edit: I don’t think one is able to go past prototyping on those, but I’m pretty sure that after the mockup point is where you start getting an app developer involved. I have a different buddy who does that sort of stuff; he’d charge $75–125/hour. If that’s the route you end up wanting to take, feel free to PM me.
