answer:Foods that wilt should be in high humidity. Spinach, herbs, lettuce. Fruits that getty moldy fast like strawberries should be low humidity. Basically, the low humidity setting allows the air to escape out of the drawer and into the rest of the fridge (unless that has changed) so fruits and veg that emit a lot of gases should go in the low humidity so that gases that rot foods are not trapped. Hopefully someone else has more extensive information, and a better list of fruits and vegetable recommendations. I’m sure I keep some produce in the wrong drawers.
