answer:I do it all the time. It called eating WIGR (Whatever is getting rotten.) I will open the fridge and lunch will be WIRG. Today I had 4 blue cheese stuffed green olives sliced into 4 rings each.. I put them on a piece of bread that was getting stale and placed a slice of American cheese over them. Then I sprinkled with fresh chives from the garden and old paprika that I am trying to use up. On the other piece of stale bread I poured a bit of the canola oil that packed the olives. I made it into a sandwich and popped it into the microwave for 15 seconds and 15 seconds. The bread softened up, and the cheese started to melt. It was delicious. I washed it all down with 2 cups of green tea.
